Nicholas Pond Construction is a tailor-made company that crystalizes more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Founder Nicholas Pond is a fourth generation carpenter/contractor who started his craft in the renowned Australian building scene before taking his talents to London and the Côte d'Azur in southern France.

At NPC we focus on thoroughness and executing projects with a level of care seldom still seen in the construction sector. We’re passionate and dedicated to building things well. We like forming relationships and bringing joy to our clients’ life-altering journeys, no matter the size.
